What does ESSENTIAL LOVE mean?

ESSENTIAL LOVE is for me what holds the world together in its innermost being.
The spirit, the energy, the consciousness that connects us with each other and makes us all one.

ESSENTIAL LOVE stands for the essential love for yourself, for all people and for nature. When we love ourselves, no effort is too much for us to make sure that we are healthy and happy. And when we ourselves are in our power and balance, we want all other beings to be the same. We find fulfillment in helping others find their fulfillment.

ESSENTIAL LOVE also stands for the essence, the love from nature that is in the essential oils that doTERRA produces with the utmost care, and that is in every detail of the entire organization – from the moment that nature and people are treated especially well when resourcing, to the social projects that are supported with the proceeds of the oils, to the possibility that everyone can build his own business, with which one can not only build a free and self-designed life for oneself, support his customers to live a healthier and happier life, but also contribute to the fact that many people in this world and nature are better off every day. And always in a wonderful loving team where everyone supports each other to live the best life for them.

WHY dōTERRA?

For me, both a healthy body and a healthy psyche are essential to feeling completely well and creating my own life out of my own power.

For a few years now, I have discovered the wonderful essential oils from dōTERRA for myself, which now help me in many ways in my everyday life to be physically as well as mentally balanced – and thus overall “in a better mood” and happier. Today I can say that the oils of doTERRA are my most important companion in everyday life, supporting me in every situation. In 2021 I did a training as a medical aroma consultant with Dr. Elisabeth Gaudernak to learn even more about the effectiveness of the oils – and since then I am even more excited about how much the oils can actually do. So because I am absolutely convinced of the effect of the oils, I would like to share my own experiences and knowledge with you here.

In the spirit of LOVE YOURSELF MORE, essential oils can be a great tool to support you in self-love – and to always be exactly what you need right now. A mood booster, a comforting hug, a relaxation aid, or the energy boost to help you achieve your goals. All 100% natural, healthy and therapeutically proven. Sounds too good to be true? Once you have tested doTERRA’s oils for the first time, you will be as convinced as I am!

Of course, any kind of emotions are ok and sometimes it is even important to take a closer look at your unpleasant emotions to find out where something is still stuck in your system that needs to be released and healed. But sometimes we are just in a bad mood or something has happened that just spoils our mood – especially then it is helpful if we know with which fragrances we can give our system a little push and the oils can support us to feel better again and see more clearly. Whether in a diffuser, applied directly to the skin, or taken through food or water. It is important to be well versed in this area in order to safely use the intense oils. Always feel free to ask me if you are unsure.

Essential oils can also help us with minor bodily weaknesses.

Whether something has “hit your stomach”, “run over your liver”, “is heavy on your chest”, you’re “fed up”, or just plain grumpy – there is the right oil for all of these situations and many more. And the oils can support you in keeping your immune system in tip-top shape, your energy levels balanced, and you sleeping well.

So stay tuned – I will write down my favorite oils here and keep reporting on new findings. You order the dōTERRA products in the online store. To do this, you do not need your own account, pay the normal retail price, and cannot participate in other discounts and promotions.

To use the oils directly on the body, you should mix them with a carrier oil, so I recommend that you also buy a bottle of “fractionated coconut oil” when you place your first order. You will also need the oil to try out your own mixtures, in which case you can also order the sample bottles right away under Accessories.
